Delivery Information

1. Shipping costs

Carriage paid order values (ie there is no delivery charge):

Standard:
England & Wales -  £40
Highlands & Islands -  £80
Orders below carriage paid will incur a £6 charge for England and Wales and £15 charge for Highlands & Islands reducing to £7.50 for orders over £40

For our trade customers:
England & Wales - £150
Highlands & Islands - £400
Ireland - £800
For Europe & Other UK Islands carriage is charged at cost.
Orders below carriage paid values will incur a £15 charge for carriage/administration.

2. Payment options

2.1 Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard) – We process your credit card payment securely through the secure payment method Opayo. We do not have access to or store your credit card information at any time.

2.2 Bank transfer – If you wish to pay by bank transfer, this option is available and you can transfer funds into our account. As soon as we have received cleared funds your order will be processed.

2.3 Cheque – If you would like to send us a cheque, this is not a problem, please make it payable to Ruby Macaw Ltd, and your order will be processed as soon as we have had confirmation that the cheque has cleared.

3. Delivery

3.1 . Your order will be shipped via DHL for all parcels or by Pallex for all pallet deliveries.

4. Delivery times

4.1 . For all stocked products we aim to despatch within 48 hours, If a product is not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, we will advise you as soon as we can and if requested refund the amount.
